Sometimes when you pull in data through an import or some other means, you get extra spaces in the cell.
If you look at it, you can see that there are some extra spaces in those words.
You can use the TRIM function in Excel to clear those up.
If you look at the formula, all it is doing is =TRIM(I3) It’s just removing the spaces in that cell.
Then when you look at the results below in column J, the new word looks back to normal:
